I suggest you to install the drivers of HD VDeck in compatible mode and check if that helps. If you have not follow the compatibility mode steps then refer the response posted by me in the same thread on December 10, I did try that already, I selected Windows 8 I do not have Widonws 10 option but that didn’t help.
